In the healing system of REIKI we have certain points on our body where we place our hands and channel the healing energy.
In reality we become a channel for healing Energy, which as we know is found in Nature and by extension in the Universe. One who has received REIKI attunements/initiations automatically becomes a channel of healing energy. What he needs next is to follow his Master’s instructions, and practice to strengthen the healing energy in his body, and in his aura. The places we place our hands for this healing are related to the chakras in our body and to our glands, which are related to the corresponding vital organs in our body.
The purpose is Healing.Physical, Mental, Emotional.

1st. Place in the head are the eyes, sixth chakra, issues with vision, pituitary gland, issues with intuition, clairvoyance and mental imagery. “My inner vision is open.”2nd. Head position, sixth chakra, right and left hemisphere, issues related to balancing energy between right and left brain. “Right and Left Hemisphere Communicate in Harmony”3rd. Head position, ears, sixth chakra, hearing issues, through the neurons of the ears energy is channeled to the head and throughout the body. “I am listening to the guidance messages of the Higher Self.”4th. Head position, sixth chakra, hypophysis, back of skull, head and mental issues. “Higher perception comes to me.”5th. Head position pituitary and pineal gland, sixth and seventh chakras, intuition and spirituality, head issues. “My consciousness is constantly opening.”6th. Position Head. Throat, fifth chakra, thyroid issues, endocrinological, lymph nodes, communication, contact, expression, truth, freedom, higher self. Transition to higher energy, communication with higher energies. “I express myself creatively on all levels.”7th. Body position, Thymus gland, immune system, fourth heart chakra, strengthening, autoimmune diseases, hope, joy, sensitivity, understanding, love. “My cells work in harmony”.8th. Position body, immune/heart, fourth chakra, thymus gland, lung issues heart, acceptance, joy, sensitivity, hostility, repressed emotions. “I release my physical Health”.9th. Position body, heart and solar plexus, fourth and third chakras. Balancing emotions, anger, sadness. Third chakra, stomach, liver, pancreas gland. A sense of power. “I find my Power”.10th. Position body, solar plexus, pancreas gland, stomach, liver. Power, emotions, fear, rage, anger. “I define my power and act responsibly”.11th. Body position, second chakra, solar plexus, liver/spleen, emotional toxins, past life memories. “Release bonds”.12th. Position body, second chakra/sacred bone. Ovaries, sexuality, sex, genitals, cecum, senses, physical health. Joy, well-being. “I accept my uniqueness.”13th. Position body, first root chakra, adrenal gland, grounding base, survival well-being. “Life welcom me”.14th. Body position, knees, first root chakra, fears, insecurities. Conection with the head ” I am safe ”.15th. Body position, feet, first chakra, grounding, balance. “I walk with courage in my life, I have balance”.And the last position, the closing of this healing in the heart chakra. “FOR INFINITE GRATITUDE AND DIVINE LOVE”.
