Love is all you need.
This is a book* I bought many years ago.
When I was 27, and I was slowly, slowly, making the decision to get into energy and energy healing. I found it in my library while I was cleaning it out, and started flipping through it.
It gives you an energetic way, based on the chakras, the flow of energy in the human body and psychosynthesis, to understand the root of health problems.
Because the easiest thing is to shake health.
In the Greek language we have the word΄΄ sthenos ” which means strength and by putting the negative (A) in front it becomes a-sthenos….which means weakness and disease.
In all the themes of the book, the Doctor is Love.
Yes, that’s how it is.
When you live in a toxic environment, without love, without understanding, with fights, words, 
backstabbing, betrayals, oppression… bad conditions that overwhelm you, and isolate you mentally, that sometimes make you unable to feel or to believe that you can no longer feel and you are empty.
When you don’t have the freedom of expression, to be heard, because even if you speak it will go to a wall. When you’re forced to duck to avoid the enmity and poisoned arrows coming your way.
While it is not what you want, to isolate yourself and harden your heart.
When there is no love where you are? When you want to give love but there is no one to recieve it or because they don’t want it.
But you want. You want to have joy, you want to share, give and receive love. But when this does not happen, the energy stops flowing properly and the energy blockages begin, the glands become unbalanced and the damage starts in the body and various health problems manifest.
I personally believe that with Love you can heal anything.
Even objects that we call inanimate materials are healed with Love by touch, by care. How much then the human, who is made of love.
Who is here on Earth to give and receive Love.. This is MAN main mission and through it all the others proceed and take place.
Love is the guide and the compass.
